Individual Therapy
Rooted in transformational, person-centered, and trauma-informed care, my work focuses on supporting you to reclaim your voice and sense of possibility. I believe in meeting you where you are and supporting lasting, meaningful change through compassion and collaboration. My work is grounded in the belief that healing and growth are always possible. Together, we work toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
Therapy Integrating Transformational Leadership Principles
This approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with principles drawn from transformational leadership and adult development. Sessions emphasize self-awareness, responsibility, and personal agency, supporting clients in creating meaningful change across personal, relational, and professional domains. Clients with prior transformational training may use shared language and concepts to deepen integration within a clinical framework.
Forest Therapy (Sylvotherapy)*
Forest therapy is offered as live, experiential sessions on forest trails in the Riverside County, near Corona. Guided by principles of sylvotherapy, these sessions use the grounding presence of trees, movement, and mindful awareness to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, emotional processing, and restoration. Clients engage with nature as a co-regulator, fostering calm, clarity, and connection, with clinical goals tailored to the individual’s treatment plan.
Ocean Therapy (Thalasso-Inspired)*
Ocean-based therapy is offered in person on the sand at Laguna Beach. Drawing on thalasso-inspired and somatic principles, sessions utilize the sensory and rhythmic qualities of the coastal environment to support emotional regulation, reflection, and therapeutic insight. The beach setting is used intentionally as an adjunct to therapy, with sessions structured to align with clinical goals and client readiness.
Therapeutic sessions are held via zoom, or at a mutually agreed upon outdoor location.
*Nature-based therapy occurs in public outdoor spaces and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. By participating, clients acknowledge this limitation and assume responsibility for potential exposure to being seen or overheard.
