Erin Zamora, LMFT, LPCC
With over 15 years of experience in mobile crisis response and behavioral health leadership, Erin Zamora is a dedicated professional committed to building compassionate, effective crisis systems across California and beyond.
Erin began her career with the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health’s Community Crisis Response Team, serving for six years as a frontline responder providing timely, person-centered support to individuals in crisis. This direct service experience shaped her deep understanding of the human and systemic dynamics at play in crisis response.
She went on to spend nine years in leadership and management roles within San Bernardino County’s Community Crisis Services, where she oversaw mobile crisis team operations, implemented training programs, and led countywide initiatives to expand access and improve service delivery. Erin managed a $7.7 million Department of Health Care Services grant, directing the implementation of a 24/7 mobile crisis response system and developing a countywide Crisis Contact Center to streamline access for residents.
More recently, Erin has supported counties statewide through the Medi-Cal Mobile Crisis Training and Technical Assistance Center (M-TAC), a DHCS-funded initiative helping local agencies build sustainable crisis response systems. In this role, she has designed and facilitated trainings, managed complex deliverables, and developed tools to address common challenges in mobile crisis operations.
Erin continues to provide customized training and consulting to help teams cultivate trauma-informed, person-centered, and sustainable practices that meet people where they are—in moments when it matters most.
